Winter Wellness Workshop

Always wanted to make your own herbal remedies, but not sure where to start?  Have you read the books, blogs and online tutorials but still nervous about doing it wrong?

As the winter months approach, we want to stock our home apothecary with an arsenal of herbal remedies to help us combat sickness and support our health through the cold months.

Participants in this 4 hour hands-on workshop will learn to craft their own concoctions, pushing past their fears while gaining confidence to support their own health.
